Because these services involve time, expertise, and intellectual effort, they are generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Payments made for services are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

Work has already started on the agreed service

Research, strategy development, or documentation preparation has been initiated

Client delays, lack of communication, or failure to provide required information affects service delivery

Marketplace decisions (such as Amazon account suspensions or listing removals) occur outside our control
Sensgenx Consultancy does not guarantee marketplace outcomes such as sales performance, ranking improvements, or platform decisions.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances, including:

Duplicate payment made by the client

Service cancellation before any work has started

Billing errors caused by our system
Any approved refund requests will be processed after internal review.
4. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services before work begins. Once the service process has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refunds.
If a project is cancelled midway, Sensgenx Consultancy reserves the right to charge for the work already completed.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
6. Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to contact our support team before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks. Our team will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
